Marmitako

Para la cena hice marmitaco de bonito.

Primero doré el bonito cortado en cubos


quité parte del aceite y puse 1 puerro cortado en aros, una cebolleta en cubitos, 1/4 de pimiento rojo, y 1/4 pimiento verde cortado en cubitos.


Una vez rehogado, le agregué 3 patatas cortadas a cascos, desgarrandolas, en vez de cortarlas totalmente con el cuchillo.



Despues 2 cdas de tomate frito, y un buen chorro de vino blanco. Dejamos evaporar el alcohol



e incorporamos caldo de pescado, yo lo hice con cubitos, hasta tapar las patatas



dejamos cocinar, y cuando vemos que las patatas ya casi están cocidas, le incorporamos el bonito y dejamos cocer unos 5 minutos tapado.



Se sirve caliente



se puede espolvorear con perejil picado.
